Diversity Management in Algeria

Abstract

The political change which had known at the end of the 20th century, led to an effect on the state and forced it to recognize the multiculturalism and the ethnic in most of the world. Algeria wasn’t far from that general situation which prevails in Arab region as a result of the cold war's end According to that and to study the subject we can begin from major hypothesis that includes: the response of Algeria varied to deal with the diversity of community , thus , Algeria saw in response to that , a way to adapt the system for survive . regardless to the demands of the community.
