Abstract

The Relations between France and Libya are distinguished to be unstable and witnessed many crisis reached to the military confrontations and War in Chad in the eighties of the last century. But after 2003 the relations started to improve between the two states especially after the improvement of Libya's relations with the western countries generally. This research deals with the nature of the relations after the outbreak of Libyans Revolution in 17 February 2011 when France gone aggressive toward Mua'amar al-Qadhafi regime to the extent that France participated in the military intervention with NATO to end the regime, and beginning the new phase of relations between France and Libya based on alliance and cooperation in the Future
