Abstract

The crimes of genocide are considered a new term in the international community as it appeared precisly after the second world war when Nuremberg trails principles mentioned for the first time that killing, genocide, slavery, and exile, are international crimes because they are against humanity. Moreover, the research shows how the crimes of genocide became an important case in the international law because they relate to human life from childhood till elderliness. The research concludes that international are the most dangerous crimes because they touche human’s freedom, rights, and humanity.
