the theory of the Air Force and its impact in forming Iraqi military doctrine: a prospective study

Abstract

This research studies the theory of air force and its impact on formating the Iraqi military doctrine in order to build a modern strategic vision that enables the Iraqi decision maker to take the right strategic decision which, subsequently, interacts with the nautical and wild theories to manage Iraq's national security.
Based on the ability of air force in reducing time, effort, resources, and efficiency in the management of goals, whether in anticipating dangers and challenges, or in preempting and reducing the internal and external challenges, hence, we find that there is a need for the decision maker to define the features of Iraqi military doctrine , which must be based on this theory, especially we face terrorism and the wave of smart civilization today.
