Abstract

The Neorealist is a theory of international relations that has extended roots in the history of contemporary international relations. That's what 5Tcrystallize5T a specific philosophical perceptions of international relations. Neorealist theory has passed through a developmental course as a logical consequence of the philosophy of a number of strategists who tried to formulate this theory. Moreover ,this theory is characterized by a constant power and extended effect in analyzing the interactive course of the international relations. It is worthy to mention that every theory has positive and negative features, and Neorealist theory does not come out of this frame as a theory that represents a humanitarian phenomenon.
