Explanatory theories of strategic leadership

Abstract

This research will identify strategic leadership theories by recognizing the evolution and succession of theories. Early theories focus on the character of a great leader who is born with individual leadership traits, while recent theories focus on what a leader actually does rather than on their needs to have certain innate attributes or traits.
