Abstract

The Iranian- gulf relations were influenced by wills of international powers which had their interests in this region. Some states like Iran thinks that this influencing damages interests of states of region. Therefore, iran can't deal with these policies positively. That made iran as an aim of USA and under the influence of USA on the states of Council of Gulf cooperation, the Iranian-gulf relations were influenced negatively.Therefore, these relations were not one stable, it has gone through periods of convergence and divergence and tension. The events that took place in some Arab countries their impact on Iran's relations in the Gulf Cooperation Council, and in particular the events in Syria, Iran's nuclear program.
